Temperature and Humidity Calibrations

Temperature is one of the most common and widely used parameter in the manufacturing industry. Accurate and reliable temperature measurements are made daily in food processing, food storage, medical diagnosis, storage of pharmaceuticals and other processes. Therefore reliability of your temperature measurement, like any other measurement, can play a significant role in your process. LCS’s Thermal Laboratory performs calibration of variety of temperature and humidity measuring instruments. Our temperature calibrators and dry blocks accurately generate temperatures that are being used to calibrate instruments like transmitters, sensors, thermocouples, and more. We also offer electrical temperature calibration by simulating various temperature sensors (RTDs and thermocouples).

Thermal mapping of ovens, cold chambers, incubators (on site calibration) Thermal mapping of cold storages is done as per the WHO technical guide lines or in compliance with customer’s protocol and being the only accredited laboratory to provide a graphical representation of the temperature variation of the instruments.

Non-Contact Tachometers and RPM Measurement

Accredited for RPM measurements and Tachometer calibrations, we have capabilities to perform rpm calibrations from 240 rpm to 60,000 rpm. Further we also perform rpm calibrations using our calibrated tachometers for machines like centrifuges, lavv machines, bitumen extractors etc.

Mass Calibrations

LCS is equipped to calibrate your precision class or general-purpose Balances. Precision class balances are normally calibrated at the location where they are being used. We are accredited to calibrate sub-micro analytical, analytical and other general purpose weighing scale up to 150 kg capacity.
We use OIML (International Organization for Legal Metrology) class E2 and F1 precision balance calibration. These calibrations are generally done at site. Calibration of less precise weighing equipment such as bathroom Scales, weighing scales. etc calibrated cast iron Weights are used

Pressure Calibrations

Regular calibration ensures the reliability of your pressure measurement results. LCS performs calibration of pressure gauges and transducers/pressure transmitters using Oil up to 600 bar and pneumatic gauges from ( – 0.95 to 40 bar) with in the laboratory and at site as well.
